Q. How long does each session last?
A. Private sessions last between 30-60 minutes. Small group training lasts 45 minutes.

Q. What do we do during the training session?
A.  As a general rule, we try to incorporate all the components of exercise into ONE workout:  cardio, strength, flexibility, balance and core either using the interval method or stations.   

Q. How often do I train?
A. Private Training is offered 4x/week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.   Small group training is offered 2x/week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At anytime, we are available through email and/or phone consults at no extra charge.

Q. What if I don’t have any equipment?
A. No worries! Our trainers have a handy supply of bands, balls, ankle weights and kettlebells to help get you started. Nothing else is worse than spending money on equipment and using it as a coat rack! We want to make sure you are committed to your health before we offer suggestions on what type of equipment you could use based on your budget. If and when you are ready to purchase your own equipment, we will give you our supplier name and pass along any discounts to you.

Q. What if I have to cancel an appointment, will I be charged?
A. Private:  Each client is allowed one free cancellation per month at no charge. Small Group:  Cancellation policy does not apply, instead, packages are subject to an expiration date.

Q. What do I wear?
A. The goal is to get you moving so wear whatever is comfortable to you.  Most clients wear shorts, t-shirts and tennis shoes.
