FITNESS PROGRAMS

Small Group Training:

In a non-intimidating environment, we offer 5 classes a day on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 6 AM through 6 PM.  Each class covers strength, cardio, stretching, balance, abs, core and more which allows you the flexibility to ‘pick and choose’ which class time you want to attend that best meets your schedule.  You will never be bored because we change the program every month and continuously modify each station to meet your needs and abilities.  Allow approximately 45 minutes for each class.

Private Session:

There are no cookie–cutter fitness programs at Peak Physique. We tailor each specific workout to you. Our trainers change your program every 4-6 weeks and usually end each session with our popular “hands on stretching” while you relax and cool down.
