Peak Physique Challenge

20150211_164219At Peak Physique, we find little ways to keep you motivated and to stay on track.  Our Boot Campers logged over 7,200 cardio minutes in January;  this is in addition to their regular 45 minute classes each week.  As the month progressed, the competition got stronger and the required minutes increased.  Great teamwork and camaraderie helped them start to achieve their goals in 2015!  New Challenge begins next week!
